The conversion Luho is referencing has to do with how the VATE share ownership is listed. It had previously shown as 148m shares of restricted common on VATE's filings, but is now listed as 2,476,22 shares of Preferred Series D, giving them a 60:1 conversion rate into VATE Common shares.
