I don't believe in the MM signals in this day in age, but someone is in need of shares, cross trades, little paints up and down

I mean only a computer prints 1212 shares .01315

Though there might be some "manipulation" everything seems very orderly and not the typical wild action you can see at times on the OTC.

And now at least I have seen the bid get hit and not move, Etrade is soaking up shares
