what's the big deal, we either have the land or the deal ... either is fine with me. Personally, I think the deal to sell the rights to the land has gone through on schedule. Holding the PR for a time sure seems like a good way to wean out the fickle traders and get some good prices on the ask ... the only manipulation going on IMO is what is inside those heads who are selling.
