Custodian believes the shareholders will now have a fruitful company moving forward. The Custodian has filed a motion to terminate the custodianship with the court in order to close out the Custodianship on a successful note.

Termination of Custodianship is a GREAT THING for us! It means Arcaro is transferring control to the new MERGER COMPANY so we can expect the announcement of what company is merging in at any moment! Just wanted to be sure everyone understands this!
