Back in 2014 an artificial bump was created by off shore manipulation ( not Bruce--but maybe where he got the idea) which caused the stock to hit $0.34 close--it's all time high.

Bruce promptly filed a 144 declaration ( 12G I think but don't hold me to it) to sell 150,000,000 shares--which he did over the following few months.

Do the math.

And THEN he "lends" the company money for both common and preferred shares--AH didn't know there were preferred shares huh--yep LOTS of it, some came with wild conversations like 10 common for 1 preferred others were structured for stock to be bought at the all time lows.

Shake and bake baby--Perlowin cleaned every shareholders clock--especially with the 7/2015 REVERSE--in which only HE had tradable shares for the first 30 days. ( that is typical OBTW on pennies--they all do it with the Transfer Agent)

The man--the company is a fraud onto itself regardless of being in the HEMP business or selling ice cream--matters not -- its a get rich off suckers backs scheme--and he has made a fortune--got to give him that.

My negative comments about hemp the industry are independent of HEMP inc--the industry and its fail is one thing--the fail of HEMP inc is by design. Bruce Perlowin's design. And he's good at it.
