If he is a WHALE, it means he is big. By definition. yet there were what? Two trades at .08? Right at the close. And the next day it opened at .075, right? So, the "whale" that sold about $300 of stock at $.08 is to blame for the pump and dump?

Tell me what "whale" would do a pump for $300 worth of selling?

If all would have been dumped we would have collapsed the price. So, that is not true. Some have bought in at 0.005 so is it possible that they may think this is a great opportunity to cash in? Sure. Nothing wrong with that. I get it your point completely regarding Pennyland. I don't even trade anything else in Pennyland other then this. Just a tad different then the rest. Risk/Reward Ratio is low for me. Price is holding up and not collapsing, like all the other times. Something is different in MJ Land that makes it different this year. Majority Leader Bohner joined a MJ Board. Why? To just hand out because he is retired? There is a reason and timing for many things. Sometimes you just ride a wave.
