you don't think I know that. that was just one of many complaints and filings that are available for review, and plenty of them. fact is, many, many loans have been made to owcp starting from the shell in 2003. if everything was so hunky dory with the company, and ground breaking, then there would be far more resources available with out having to take the course they have chosen.

It doesn't look like the deal was consummated - there isn't anything about a acquisition on the company website.
