Honestly I am not sure. You can see their old PR here:

It ended up failing because it seems they realized ISGP was shady. The old to-be CEO, previous COO/CFO, Tony Porcheron was fired, probably, because it seems that he was the one who found ISGP and tried to use it as a vehicle. You can look him up on LinkedIn:

Typical for Richard Oravec's Chinese reverse mergers. They all go dormant after the r/m. That's why he removed his Pivo Associates track record from the OTC. You could see they all go dark and stopped trading after the reverse merger.
