I thought they were long term holders?

So you think they got the warrants without financing (ie buying shares as well? ) that’s “wrong again”

Therefore, it would be very easy for them to sell many of their existing shares into the market to offset (or more) than the share equivalent of the warrants right?

Such simple basic of finance! I loved educating this board and of course being right about wddd!
