UP I think that comment about the new hq shouldn't be taken to lightly. He has never said that before and I have always looked for comments like that that speak to the companies future. No way does he put that into a 10q(because he never has) if he wasn't optimistic about the companies future prospects.
I agree that the negotiations in progress have just recently been taken to a new level with possibly the BPs now making their last and best offers as they see other firms lining up for the same part of the pie they want.
We have always said that we expected there to be fierce fighting amongst the CDA partners and that time seems to now be upon us.
If I was in Leo's seat, I wouldn't be that hasty to make a deal as the longer they bid against each other, the higher the return for IPIX.
I believe Leo has the skill to make this a legitimate process by giving a specified time for last offers that is written in cement so that firms realize they are not being played endlessly. This will be important for the additional deals to come later to flesh out the franchises of each platform.
There has to be respect shown from both sides.
Still extremely excited about our future over the next 6 weeks.
