commission cost $6.95
total cost $8.15
real cost per share $8.15/1,000 = $0.00815 (under a penny is o.k. if we get good news and share price explodes upwards)

buying 10,000 shares x $0.0012/share cost $12.00
commission cost $6.95
total cost $18.95
real cost per share $18.95/10,000 = $0.0018

For sure any fill volume under 10,000 sucks if ASPT never explodes with good news.
