No way they would try to launch second FDA trial unless they have a lot of confidence about proper financing or possibly even a bo/merger deal. I think there is more news set to be released soon. Remember we still have no idea who the mystery investors are who own collectively about half of the outstanding shares. I also would not doubt if we up list to Nasdaq before the end of the month. We will see. I know based on past performance this seems crazy but after the debt restructuring that we just went through I think it is unwise to look at the company from the same angle. I could be wrong but people are still suffering from convertible shell shock and just are expecting the sky to fall forever. I don't think so.
