I never said PT and family profited. For all I know, they have lost money, right along with most of the investors. I sorta doubt it though.

And you are right, they probably did not enter this situation thinking they were going to rip off anybody. But it is a slippery slope when you start letting reporting and disclosure rules go by the wayside......

And now, they're trapped by toxic debt. Unless an angel investor has dropped out of the sky to buy back the note.....Monday will unleash a flood of dilution.

I hope no one sunk retirement money into this, but I fear that is exactly what has happened. Mining for gold is easy, mining gold at a profit is not. Especially by those that have no business being in the business.
