#13139 RE: Zilla #13138

It's a real possibility. mm ARCA bought up most of the shares on the way down, ARCA has a "bulk" of shares, the theory on this is the same as we theorized----Until Braeburn burned us---Now ARCA is stuck with these shares and would most likely sell the "bulk" to a buyer (pharma) without the buyer even having to "trade " for them-----They make a deal & the buyer has the shares. ARCA is "owned" by NYSE----Is that BIG ??? (probably the biggest) & NYSE has all the contacts throughout the industries. Then the buyer contacts all of the institutional holders & makes a deal for their shares, and all they have to do is "DTC" then into their account----No "trading" involved---just change of ownership. I believe this would be enough shares to take controlling interest----If not, the buyer could buy up from other mm's or trade for enough remaining shares "on the street". If a buyout occurs, I believe NYSE has the wherewithal & influence & power to accomplish this & unload their shares now , instead of waiting for Marc & Sunil to keep making mistakes.
