Last oral hearing occured on 9 March. Historical data shows an average of about 6 month for the court to decide (note that recent DSS v. AAPL appeal took more than 6 months for the CAFC to render a decision).

It has been 2 months since 9 March, so a decision can be anytime between now and September, and it all depends on this panel's work schedule, case backlog and priority which we don't have inside info.

So my guess is the earliest decision timeframe is May (could be tomorrow), and the latest is September.

Usually time is 3-6months, could go longer, but doubt it
