IMO:
Cel-Sci does not want to be a distributor.


The biggest bang for the buck is to sell a license for an FDA approved H&N MK in ONE territory .

The LICENSE buyer get the right to **MANUFACTURE AND DISTRIBUTE ,within their territory**.

EXAMPLE : Sell US rights for $12 *B* .... $50,000 (MK cost (?), X 60,000 ANNUAL patients = $3 B....
The buyer is getting the rights to manufacture and distribute forever for the one time cost of 4 years of gross.

IMO: Cel-Sci wants to be in business to get FDA approval for:
1 ) BREAST cancer
2 ) PROSTRATE cancer
3 ) COLON cancer

Those 3 have a value 4-5 TIMES MORE than H&N.

Cel- Sci would not need to raise any additional funds to fund those 3 trials from start to finish.
