Now RNVA managements plans can start being fleshed out in real time. This thing is taking shape.

RNVA will now have the capital coming in to expand faster and larger into the hospital sector.

This is important due to their "hospital model" of purchasing hospitals in economically distressed areas and perfecting the "medicare" payment method. All of the bill collecting from patients goes out the window. The government pays the medicare bills. And the government has the money. The majority of the new hospitals revenues will no doubt be of this nature. It's a mega cash cow and RNVA gets it. The model will only grow in the future.

I've know property rental guys that got mega fat once they got into section 8 properties. They always get paid because their money comes from the US government. And the gov never runs out of cash. They just print more. And there will always be poor people who's bills get paid by the government.

This is the model that's going to take RNVA back to NASDAQ.
