If u look at the btc L2 in the ask, gdax has/had (at my post) 75 btc to sell under the current ask. This means they’re trying to unload cheaper that current mkt price - bad!

GDAX is a bitcoin holder with many, many millions of dollars worth. He’s required to sell them as part of a legal agreement (google “Mt Gax Bitcoin”).
