Carden Capital is surly unaware of Listermann's money laundering conviction right?? They should be notified as well.

I see wishful thinking is in overdrive.

Seems odd that a convicted money launderer would be allowed to be part of a Reg A offering - the SEC needs to be alerted/reminded about Listermann's past of illegally raising money.

I am feeling generous I will volunteer for the job.
