That's not correct.

Per the PR from APDN, to receive the second milestone the FDA or some other regulatory body "upon an initial approval by a regulatory authority for application in a SOD pharmaceutical or nitraxeutical product application. This is a direct quote from the PR.

Ergo a pharma company has to get their drug approved for use with APDN tech before Colorcon writes another check. No pharma company is going to sign with Colorcon unless the FDA has already signed off. Otherwise the pharma company just signed a contract with Colorcon for pills it can't sell because it isn't FDA approved. Doc Hayward goes through the steps a couple if times on the investor call.
