"Bill" is still the owner of record of a Dubai condo. However, even though the place has had furniture deliveries and there is a person who stops by to collect the mail and packages every week or two, "Bill" has never been spotted there.
There are no tenants either. So he either has it as a pure investment or it's his extradition-proof escape pad if and when he's arrested and makes bail (using his second passport, a Ukrainian one he purchased several years ago in the Ukraine).
