LOL... After Hours again so they won't even get a small pop from newbies. Nothing new in it and with time to digest it... the selling will come without any pop. Not even doing a conference call. Afraid they will get confronted for the huge bonuses while the stock price has gone down.
We have a timeline on the '494 patent:
"On March 8, 2018, Symantec and Blue Coat filed a motion to withdraw from appeal numbers 2017-2543, 2623. On March 13, 2018, the Federal Circuit granted Symantec and Blue Coat’s motion to withdraw and deconsolidated the appeal. On April 12, 2018, the Patent Office intervened in the appeal. Palo Alto Networks filed its reply brief on April 18, 2018. The Patent Office’s reply brief is to be filed on May 22, 2018, and Finjan’s reply brief is due June 5, 2018."
Patent Office filed as intervenor when Symantec settled and backed out when the new information surfaced that Shlomo Touboul lied during '494 approval process. Patent Office brief on May 22nd will be interesting.
Might not take long for it to get invalidated.
