Esposito is asking for investors to participate in additional investments of shares of Code2action Inc - which he says will convert on a 1 for 1 basis to PTOP after Code2action has a 1-400 split.

THIS AFTER ON APRIL 30 - 2018 The final judgment against Esposito bars him from acting as an officer or director of any issuer that has a class of securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act, and permanently bars him from participating in an offering of a penny stock.

SO, I would caution anyone thinking of participating!
