And 4% is a generous guess sinnce that would be 100% on the investors money...but they have raised cash already. Mike has been really good at retaining value here after floor bounce...also read up on new OTC lending laws...predatory lendors now all being ruled against and not paid. Look into the 8 who loaned USRM the $$...look at their track records. Winners.
