Many MISFACTS about this statement:

Toxic funders don't need wash sales. They can provide a simple notification to a MM, and can sell or short using the 2 day rule.

There is NO proof that ANYONE in the company "day trades" their own stock.

Promoters generally only sell with shares that were issued.

FAIL on all counts.


That’s called wash trading, it’s illegal manipulation and should be reported. It’s a tactic often used in the OTC by the company, their toxic funders, and their promoters.
