Like I said, Listermann has promoted THREE different Reg A filings. I’ll wait for the actual filing of a REG A and it’s approval before I claim it as Fact.

So "the hopefully" by Friday was as FLUFFY as I figured..

Guess those "bests efforts" weren't good enough... OUCH.
