How can anyone buy more Garrett or Dan or anybody if there is no announcement that dilution has stopped perhaps accompanied by a buyback plan however small just as confirmation. The only positive thing recently is that the price has not collapsed even faster.Someone or some are still willing to invest/gamble quite a lot of money here.
