I've been told by several...my shares can't be R/S'd

I would assume there are at least 30 million in that boat...never have received Encounter Development shares and I have been a buyer since the name change...

My assumption then is ...Encounter Development will be in a R/M

30,000,000,000 shares then to 30,000,000 is about $1 or maybe $2-5 depending if there is a push past .0001
