When DPT was a private company O’Leary could say almost anything he wanted. Now it will have to be different and I doubt he will be that brazen anymore.
There is no evidence of any meaningful business for Darkpulse and I expect that Reg s-x financials will confirm that situation over the last two years when they show up in July.
As for what O’Leary has “projected” for 2018...let’s see what he is willing to say now that he is awaiting processing of the RM by FINRA.
But it does appear he has toned down his rhetoric....which suggests that is all it was to begin with.
