The Senate left the word, "COMPETITIVE " in the measure.

Fuel Cells are NOT COMPETITIVE.

Yes very good news ...... the vote was 29 yay and 3 nay and they only needed 17 votes to win ..... they will win this one for sure .... $FCEL anyone negative here is because they are short and afraid !
