This is a scam PR sent by Esposito that was picked up by non-legit blogs - mostly crypto blogs. Chris has already been found guilty of unregistered offering of securities and then misappropriated $375,000 for his personal benefit. Now he want stock holders to give up their shares and place money with him to get in at a lower price? This all stinks to me... Esposito is very shady. That is why he was fired in the first place.
