The SEC and courts give much latitude as to what can be said on a stock open forum. It doesn't even have to be true. Just that the person saying it believes it to be true. An open forum is just a place where ideas about a stock are talked about. There is no law about pumping a stock. Everyone does it. What the law is against is front loading. Those are 2 different things.
