I have not but it seems that ENDV and OTC Markets have different reporting methodologies. I suppose ENDV is trying to minimize the confusion?

The initial gag order was issued about the time the toxic debt was coming to a close. Maybe there was a possibility there was going to be a large issuance of shares as part of the final settlement?

I was hoping for something more exciting such as a merger. And the O/S needed to be tight lipped during a share exchange.

All opinions on my part.
The company is pretty tight lipped about things....leaving us to only speculate.
