Not QD's. Not financing. A milestone payment for performance. Actually, the 2nd of three contracted payments.

The information has been available for a while. It's for nanoparticles to be used in proximity sensors in the auto industry. The U.S. publicly traded customer is also paying for the plant expansion. Sales start at the beginning of 2019 and this payment indicates they're tracking on schedule. It appears they may be near cash flow neutral by year-end. Good for them. Their 65 Ph.D.'s and 600 patents/patent apps are paying off.

Once again, it's not an either/or situation. Just because others are successful, it does not mean QMC can't be.
