AH trades are exercise of stock options by employee

After quarterly reports, employees get window to buy or exercise stock options. GSEs are doing at higher pps so that regulator donot question those trades. It did not happen before. Why this quarter?

For President Trump, reelection is 2018 NOT 2020 because if democrats wins both houses then Demo will impeach him for breathing Russian air while he was in Russia as a child. That's why October Election Surprise after 10 years of conservatorship is almost certain.
