The docs do not pertain to the new store, period!!!

If that is true, wouldn't Petar need to share Sam's docs too??

Why would shareholders be entitled to review documents pertaining to the new store??

Why would the store documents be submitted to shareholders?

They wouldn't!

AF's would be reviewed by the shareholders!!!
