Let’s address false statements in your post one by one:

The post in question cautioned readers to trust only verifiable information. Agreement with this would mean a stop to repeatedly posting false information including from scam.com, altered published articles to attempt to implicate Sucanon falsely in FDA warning announcements, falsely stating that India marketing partner Canagen is a fake company with a fake address among many others.

“company is INSOLVENT”
You admitted your own definition differed from the accepted definition “cannot pay its bills” and the statement continues to be false.

“FDA BANNED this health fraud”
Sucanon was never sold in the US and is not banned or subject to any warning as falsely stated in the altered Consumer Reports article that you repeatedly posted. FDA considers Sucanon a drug that was subject to “substantial clinical investigations” (their own words) and therefore would require an investigational new drug application before sale in the US.

“They are BROKE”
The insolvent statement is false, this is a redundant falsehood.

“and owe over a Million dollars”
That’s false as anyone can see from the financial statement

“with losses on 3 Millions”
Whatever that means. To be accurate the company has 2.9+ million in accumulated losses which can be used to offset tax on future gains, an advantage going forward.
“ FRAUD anyone?”
The definition of fraud involves a false statement to obtain some type of gain. It appears also to apply to false statements with the admitted purpose of “scaring others away” from investment in this company.

“REAL BIZ IS PRINTING STOCK to fleece unsuspecting MARKS”
That is opinion to which you are entitled. For me none of the information is factual unless it is verifiable and all my posts are verifiable from source information
