I actually thought it was more land then that. My DD is limited here since this is a small play for me. Pinks are dangerous, especially mining pinks. So much money has been lost in mining pinks it boggles the mind they are even legal in the OTC markets.
On the positive side, if what you say is true about the small parcel of land. I'll say I would rather have big deposits on small acres, then little ones on many.
It reminds me of gold. I think it's been said there is enough gold to cover the earth 6 inches deep. But good luck mining it cause it is all spread out and deep.
