Reading your post really make it clear that we have been screwed. It could not be more clear. It is very sad indeed and I am only glad that I didn’t drag any of my friends into this mess.

RealUSA You have some good questions and some hopeless ones. "why settle ecab for 3 a share of it's worth 25." I believe the acgreed conversion price was 10 dollars when the pps was higher than that. It is natural that a much lower stock conversion prive when the terms are renegotiated. It is absurd to assume as you do that the terms would be twice as bad for ECAB. Moreover, when parties negotiate the terms will reflect the relative strength of the parties.
