This security is not a pump and dump, couldnt be farther from the truth, and any savvy penny player knows this.
Every stock is naked shorted per the regulators own admissions over the years, and as this was a dead shell for years with zero filing or news, the brokers sold air as I would have as well, its free money.

Now they have to cover and I discovered the majority of shares are in certificate form outside the US....

The shorts are SCREWED on this one.
