Well hang on now - I think I see where this theory is going. If you look at the language of the May 4th filing, it states that Mr, Singer was the main string behind IHSI - thus this line in the May 4th filing -

"Before joining DarkPulse, Mr. Singer served as President, CTO, and Director of Intelligent Highway Solutions, Inc. He directed the formation of the Company from a private company to a public vehicle, overseeing the filing of its registration statement."

Now we see that all of these former officers and head honchos are being bundled under this new "Klever" package as the main core of DPT, a company where there are still a lot of unknowns, but appears to be poised for a huge thrust into the pubco spotlight. Meanwhile, we have IHSI suddenly getting its Crescent Construction affairs in order and then (mysteriously now), a huge pool of shares suddenly (and silently) gets restricted.

Na Na may be onto something. Just my opinion.
