Thanks for coming in on that HYCT Investor - Nick this should be all you need to know to understand anti-dilution etc. It basically means our warrants don’t get diluted as if they were shares. We were ‘given’ 17.5% of the new company - HYCT - which at the time of the bankruptcy was xxx warrants in your account- with dilution going up to 108m shares - they diluted from 74m at bankruptcy to 108m now - our warrants stay the same but the conversion to shares factor has to change every time they dilute so we still own 17.5% of the company.
