I see that from a lot of these blogger journalist who really aren't journalist per se but rehashers, who at the very laziest just changes the date like the ultrasux article. Or they are paid promoters who purposely try to make info look recent, which could of been the case here as well.

One glaring fact about nanosux is, if a company makes lofty unrealistic promises, is at sub penny pps when they promise no reverse split, then 2 weeks later does a reverse split and is back to sub penny in less than a year, that is never a good thing.
