AS IT STANDS NOW, THERE WILL BE NO R/S AND NO A/S INCREASE. A/S WILL REMAIN 500M! ONLY WAY THIS CHANGES IS IF A BUNCH OF SH VOTE AGAIN PRIOR TO MEETING AND CHANGE THEIR VOTE TO "YES"... NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. IF YOU ALREADY VOTED, AND STILL LIKE YOUR VOTE, DO NOTHING!!!
