I take that back it shows AS as of 2013 50 billion which is about to be reduced.

Shares outstanding 4.8 billion

Float 1.8 billion

Market cap is showing 118 million

Most of those shares are restricted and own by the company and their affiliates from what I have researched. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
