Incorrect. Unless JBZY has moved 'their' 'dealerships', 'factories', and electric vehicles to the USA - they must still be registered with the Chinese government. WFOE's maintain real-time disclosure to the Publicity System.

There are no WFOE's under Wang/Jinbo.
There is no JBZY under Wang/Jinbo companies.

Doing so like this has a reason. Protection.
