Thing is no one out there seems to know what the date of the supposed promise of some sort of action is. Some say the money was paid months ago, some say there's no funding yet, some say half is funded. But since the principal purposely speaks in double talk, no one is clear on anything. Even the elected directors gabriel lai, Andrew Weinberger, Alan Ayoub are confused.
