It certainly won't be BLTA. They couldn't raise $6.5M for the Songbird deal, where are they going to come up with $30M for a hangar, plus all the operating costs. Not that the seller or Stewart will even consider them for the deal.
I can't see a US airline buying or leasing it. They all have their primary maintenance bases covered at their hubs.
