I hope that occurs and Kraig does wonderful things in Vietnam.
In my experience with talking with established companies in Vietnam is that the government, military (you have to deal with them as well) are all open arms when you come into the country.then once you start production, making profits, the government changes the rules: more taxation, backsheesh and major problems if the company doesn't comply.
Hopefully, like another poster pointed out, the "massive take down" of corruption occurring now in Vietnam may be a sign that 'the Times are a Changin'.
