No CC unless the loan is closed (and PRed) is my guess. Best case (if the loan isn't closed) is that they merge the CC FY17 and CC Q1 and have it close to the Q1-report, but I'm not holding my breath on that (Solomon might very well skip the whole CC FY17 and delay the CC Q1 as normal)
